Things are coming together beautifully! I recently met with Melinda Harris, the 3rd grade teacher we will be working with here in Ohio, and continue to be impressed by her enthusiasm. In the next few days I will be touching base with R.B. Patel, the director of the Pragya English School in Nepal.
My primary focus right now is fundraising, and what a challenge it is! I've set up an account with Pepsi's Refresh Everything Contest and, if the project is approved, we will be in the running for $5000 during the month of April. The $5000 project winners are determined by the number of votes they receive, so I'm counting on friends and family to get online and vote.
On the documentary side of the project, Jamie is currently traveling and shooting in Indonesia. The samples of her work that I've caught a glimpse of are absolutely stunning!
